Warranty Coverage

Our portable water filtration (PortaWell® and PortaWell® Mini) system is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Duration

One year from the date of original purchase.

What's Covered

If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the device without charge.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification. This warranty does not cover filters except for those damaged in shipping.
