Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and order tracking for your PortaWell® products.

What is the total delivery time for my order?

All orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends. The estimated delivery time of your order depends on your shipping location. Shipping is free on orders over $300 or with order of PortaWell® or PortaWell® Mini for orders within Continental US. We ship using USPS and FedEx. We ship all orders out of Hooper, Utah. We do not offer free shipping to PO boxes.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We ship anywhere in the United States and Internationally to many countries. Contact us at support@myportawell.com for shipping rates for international sales.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information so please include a valid email address with your order. You will also receive an email notification of delivery of the package.

What if the shipping company says my shipment was delivered, but I can’t find it?

All shipments include a tracking number. Please contact the shipping company directly with the tracking number to help locate your shipment. We are not responsible for theft after the shipment is delivered.

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

We ensure our delivery alerts will help you stay on top of your orders. You may contact our customer service team at support@myportawell.com.

What can I do if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order at the estimated time, it could mean either your order is delayed or is lost. Please contact your local shipping service. You may also contact our support team to know the exact location of your order support@myportawell.com. We are not responsible for theft after the package has been delivered.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

You may contact us at support@myportawell.com, and upload a picture of the damaged item.

What are the shipping timelines for international delivery?

We ship internationally using FedEx International. We can give you shipping cost and shipping time estimate when you contact us at support@myportawell.com. Customer is responsible for any custom tariffs, duties or taxes. We do have a harmonization code that streamlines international shipping.

What taxes apply?

At the time of checkout, the final order cost will reflect the tax charges that reflect your location's state tax laws. Currently we only charge Utah State Taxes.
